The precision punch with 94% tungsten carbide matrix (YG6X Grade) and nanometer-level edge passivation (R0.02mm) breaks through the burr and delamination bottleneck of traditional SKH51 high-speed steel, and achieves perfect cutting with cross-section finish Ra≤0.8μm in the cutting of carbon fiber/glass fiber/aramid composite tubes.
